Having an excellent reputation within the local community this home is highly recognised for the delivery of first class personalised care to each individual within the home.
This beautiful service requires a care focused and experienced Nursing Home Manager (RGN) to take the lead and support the team in the day to day running of the home. The ideal candidate will have previous management / supervisory experience and will have an excellent background working with older people with general nursing and care needs. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role along with a sound understanding of CQC and their minimum care standards.
