RGN Home Manager, Selby, North Yorkshire, £26k + Bonuses
In Touch Recruitment is searching for a motivated RGN Manager to take the lead and manage a small nursing home situated in Selby, North Yorkshire.
This small, purpose built nursing home provides high quality nursing care and support to older people with general nursing needs and requirements. The home is situated in a great location, close to local shops and the town centre with excellent transport links both publically and privately.
We are searching for a motivated and positive RGN Manager who is driven and focused on results and delivering high standards of care. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and management skills to take the lead and manage this small home and really push the home forward to become the ‘choice of home’ in the area.
Candidates who apply must be willing to work towards the NVQ 4 if haven’t already achieved.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Home Manager or Assistant Home Manager looking for their first Home Management position.
