We would like to introduce the Fast Track 4 Fire Rated Steel Door range.
This range has been developed to provide a certified range of fire rated personnel and fire exit security doors.
The range has been independently tested by Chiltern International Fire to BS476, Part 22 1987 for a minimum of 4 hours fire resistance. After this time the door remained fire resistant until the test was terminated.
Standard Features Include:
48mm thick flush door leaf with rigid resin impregnated cellular core
Door leaf is of a non-weld construction that performs excellently under fire conditions
1.5mm thick mild steel, 89mm wide single rebate frame (250mm double rebate frame for cross cavity fitting is also available at extra cost)
1.2mm aluzinc door skins
3 No. template drilled CE marked, Class 13 Stainless Steel hinges with security dog bolts
15mm standard, driveable or 564 zero threshold
Standard finish in light grey primer ready for on site painting (by others)
