Our client are an award winning multi-disciplined engineering practice; providing engineering design solutions for projects across water, waste, buildings, chemical, energy, nuclear, renewable's and transportation sectors.
They are currently looking for a full time Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to work 8:45am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) with their friendly Administration team at Leeds office.
Candidates should be of smart appearance with experience in a similar role. Duties will include telephone switchboard, scanning, filing, typing of letters and reports and other adhoc administrative tasks. A good working knowledge of outlook, word and excel is desirable and the successful candidate will possess good interpersonal skills.

• Reception Switchboard Greeting visitors
• Car park Log for Troy Mills
• Typing and specs for directors and associates
• Collation of expenses from Project minder and input to spreadsheet
• Processing holiday sheets
• making up project files
• scanning and filing
• Preparation of Outgoing post
• Shopping for milk and sundries
• Recycling
Priority 2
• Stationery stock and ordering
• PPE Stock and ordering
• opening and distribution of post
• Document control - outgoing and incoming
• Purchase orders
• Driving policy update
• Arranging Travel and accommodation
• Enviro checks/Borehole logs
• Completing submissions for new jobs
• Processing project start up forms
Skills and Experiences required :
• Proficiency in word, excel and outlook packages advantageous
• Experience of telephone switchboard is desirable
• Experience in a varied range of administrative duties
